Description
The Spikes Tactical STU5050-CQ2D is a complete AR-15 upper receiver assembly for 5.56x45mm NATO and .223 Remington ammunition. It arrives assembled and ready to install on a compatible lower receiver, and the manufacturer states that each built upper is test fired before shipment for a function check.
The assembly uses a 14.5-inch barrel with a 1:7 twist rate and a midlength gas system, giving an overall length of 16 inches with the pinned flash hider. The finish is black and the upper includes a SAR3 quad rail for mounting accessories.
The upper fits AR-15 mil-spec lower receivers and is intended for AR-pattern rifles built on that platform.
