Description
The Springfield Armory Echelon 4.0 FC is a striker-fired, semi-automatic 9mm Luger pistol with a 4-inch barrel, built on the Central Operating Group, a serialized internal chassis. It is intended for defensive and general-purpose shooting and is offered in a California-compliant configuration with a 10-round capacity.
The pistol has a full-size polymer frame with a black melonite finish, ambidextrous controls for left- or right-handed shooters, and tritium luminescent U-Dot front night sights for use in low light and daylight. The full-length grip is designed to help with control and recoil management.
The frame uses the Variable Interface System, which allows direct mounting of compatible red dot optics without an adapter plate. Magazine capacity is 10 rounds.
