The Springfield Armory 1911 Operator is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol built on the 1911 platform and chambered in 9mm Luger. It is designed for defensive and duty-style use, with a steel frame finished in black Cerakote and a 5-inch barrel.

The pistol has a 9-round capacity and ships with two 9-round magazines fitted with bumper pads. Sights are a tritium front with a white dot rear night sight.
