Designed for competition, this pistol has controls and ergonomics similar to the 1911. The backstrap safety and overall feel are very familiar. Differences are the double stack magazine making the grip a bit larger, The textured grip wraps around the front strap, and the back strap is checkered. The pistol has a funnel entrance to speed up magazine changes. The manual safety is ambidextrous. Sights are clear, and it is optics ready as well as having an underbarrel rail for other accessories. It has a slight setback ring, but overall doesn't show much firing.
