Description
The Steyr AUG A3 M2 is the semiautomatic civilian version of the Austrian AUG bullpup rifle. In a bullpup layout the action sits behind the trigger, which allows a full-length barrel without adding significant overall length.
This model has a 16-inch barrel and an overall length of 28.15 inches. It uses short-stroke gas piston operation, venting gas from the front of the rifle, and a dual adjustment setting for reliable function with varied ammunition. The stock is synthetic and the fore-grip is foldable. The finish is MUD.
The rifle is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and ships with a 30-round magazine.
