Description
The Streamlight TLR-7X Sub is a compact weapon light built for mounting on a Picatinny rail. Its clamp system and two interchangeable paddle switches, high and low, let the user match the switch position to their shooting style. A safe-off feature helps prevent accidental activation and conserves battery power.
The light is machined from 6000 Series aluminum with a black anodized finish and a chemical-resistant polymer switch housing. It has a shock-mounted, impact-resistant BOROFLOAT glass lens and is rated IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It measures 2.51 inches long and weighs 2.39 ounces with a CR123A battery, or 2.64 ounces with the SL-B9 pack.
The unit runs on one rechargeable SL-B9 battery pack, which is included and charges in about 2.5 hours over USB-C, or one CR123A lithium battery. Batteries load from the front.
