Strike Industries AR-15 Extended Latch Charging Handle Red

The Strike Industries Extended Latch is an ambidextrous AR-15 charging handle machined from 7075 T6 aluminum and finished in red anodizing. It is designed to cycle the bolt carrier and to give the shooter a larger latch surface for operating the handle under adverse conditions.

The extended latch provides an enlarged grasping surface for smooth operation, while the aluminum construction is intended to reduce weight and avoid the wear that steel latches can cause on the receiver. The traditional concealed latch is retained for normal operation.

The handle fits standard AR-15 charging handle receivers and requires no gunsmithing. It is listed for use with 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO platforms.
