The Strike Industries Enhanced Magazine Plate is a black polymer baseplate for Glock 43 magazines. It replaces the stock baseplate and extends the magazine body to add two rounds of capacity, raising the Glock 43 magazine capacity from 6 to 8 rounds for 9mm Luger.
The plate has an extended grip surface that gives the shooter more finger space and control, and a low-drag, no-snag profile intended to make reloading smoother. It is molded from impact-resistant polymer and finished in black.
Installation requires removing the stock baseplate, then removing the follower and spring from the magazine body. Make sure the spring coils are straight and untwisted and that the first four smaller coils seat inside the cup-style follower when compressed. Newer Glock 43 magazine versions may differ.
