The Strike Industries Enhanced Bolt Catch Extended is a replacement or build-project bolt catch for the AR-15 platform. It holds the bolt open after the last round is fired and releases it for the next cycle.
This version is machined from solid steel with a matte black finish. Its bolt catch lever has an extra-wide surface intended to make manual operation easier. The part is designed to mil-spec dimensions.
It fits AR-15 mil-spec receivers. It is not compatible with Polymer80 lower receivers or with non-mil-spec receivers that have non-standard wall protrusions or shelves, so confirm your receiver before installing.
