Sport Ridge QD End Plate Sling Mount for AR-15

Sport Ridge QD End Plate Features The Sport Ridge QD End Plate Sling Mount replaces the standard AR-15 end plate with one that integrates a quick-detach sling swivel housing directly at the rear of the receiver. This central mounting position keeps the sling attachment point balanced and out of the way of the shooter s support hand unlike some offset mounting solutions. Anti-rotation stops built into the housing prevent the QD swivel from spinning freely which stops the sling from twisting into an awkward position during dynamic movement or transitions. Solid steel construction ensures the mount can handle the stress of a loaded sling under field conditions without deforming. The end plate s contoured design was specifically engineered to clear collapsible stocks throughout their entire range of adjustment including when the stock is fully collapsed against the receiver extension. This means shooters do not have to sacrifice stock adjustability to gain a QD sling mounting point. Finished in a matte black coating the plate blends in with most AR-15 finishes and resists glare in the field. Installation is straightforward on any standard mil-spec AR-15 lower making this a simple upgrade for shooters who want a dependable centrally located QD sling attachment.
