TacStar Stock Adapter Kit for Remington 870 12 Gauge

TacStar Stock Adapter Kit Features The TacStar Stock Adapter Kit is engineered specifically to adapt AR-15 mil-spec stocks and pistol grips onto a Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun opening up a wide range of aftermarket furniture options. Built from ABS polymer the adapter is lightweight yet durable enough to handle the stresses of shotgun recoil without cracking or flexing over time. A die cast metal alloy component adds strength to the assembly while also contributing extra weight that helps dampen felt recoil during firing. This combination of materials gives the adapter both the rigidity and the recoil-taming mass that shotgun shooters look for. Installing an AR-style telescoping stock through this adapter allows shooters to adjust length of pull to fit their body size or shooting stance something a fixed factory stock cannot offer. Pairing it with an AR-15 pistol grip also gives a more familiar hand position for shooters who train primarily on AR-platform rifles. Because it is purpose-built for the Remington 870 the adapter installs cleanly without requiring extensive modification to the receiver. This makes it an efficient way to modernize an 870 s ergonomics without replacing the shotgun itself.
