Description
The Tactical Solutions Owyhee SBX Takedown is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 WMR, built around an SBX barrel with a shroud that is designed to keep overall length short when a silencer is fitted. It is aimed at users who want a compact, lightweight rimfire for backpacking, hunting trips, or situations where noise reduction matters.
The rifle has a 16.63-inch barrel with 1/2x28 threads inside a 1.1-inch inside-diameter shroud for attaching a suppressor. It weighs 3.8 pounds, has a matte black aluminum finish, and feeds from a 10-round rotary magazine. A Magpul X-22 Takedown Backpacker stock folds for transport, and a Picatinny scope rail is included. Features include an extended magazine release and a safety located behind the trigger. The action is right-handed.
