The Talley Picatinny Base Anti-Cant 20 MOA is a one-piece scope base for the Howa 1500 short action receiver. It mounts directly to the receiver using the included hardware and adds a Picatinny rail for attaching an optic. An integrated anti-cant indicator gives a visual reference for keeping the rifle level, which helps limit horizontal point-of-impact shift at distance.
The base is CNC machined from aluminum with a 20 MOA cant, which provides additional elevation travel for long-range and precision shooting. It has a black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and surface durability. The base is sold without scope rings.
The base is compatible only with Howa 1500 short action rifles. Mounting hardware is included, but scope rings must be purchased separately.
