The Tanfoglio Witness was originally inspired by the famous CZ-75/CZ-85 line of pistols. Since inception the two designs have been in competition with each other for "best" improvements to the base design. It is opinion of shooters that they are both excellent pistols and well-represented world-wide in defense and target shooting. This one is built with stainless steel frame, blacked slide/underlug and rubber composition grips. The grip is a husky hand-filling 1.37 inches wide, but quite comfortable. Being the Standard model, this one can be converted to other cal's by installing a "top end kit," at the end of the maintenance/cleaning procedure.
