Taurus 2TX 22 LR 4.6" Threaded 15-Round Pistol

Taurus 2TX Features The Taurus 2TX is built around a 4.6 matte black alloy steel barrel with a 1:10 right hand twist threaded 1/2x28 to accept a suppressor or muzzle device for added versatility. The black anodized aluminum slide features serrations that aid in manipulation during racking and chambering and its lightening cuts help keep the pistol s swing weight low for faster transitions between targets. Fixed front and adjustable rear sights give shooters a dependable baseline sight picture while the Taurus Performance Trigger System sharpens trigger feel for more consistent shot placement. At 17.3 oz the 2TX stays light in hand for extended range sessions. A matte black polymer frame houses a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail for mounting a weapon light or laser and a textured grip surface helps maintain control during rapid fire. The full size frame provides a stable platform for shooters of varying hand sizes and manual striker block and trigger safeties work together to provide a layered approach to safe handling. Two 15 round magazines ship with the pistol giving an immediate 15+1 capacity for range days or training drills. Combining a threaded barrel optics ready slide and enhanced trigger the Taurus 2TX is a practical choice for rimfire shooters who want performance features in an affordable 22 LR pistol.
