Taurus Judge Public Defender 45 Colt/410 Bore 2.5" 5-Round Revolver

The Taurus Judge Public Defender is a five-shot double-action/single-action revolver chambered for 45 Colt and 410 bore shotshells. It is a scaled-down version of the Judge, built for shooters who want a compact, easy-to-carry handgun with the same versatile chambering.

The revolver has a 2.5-inch barrel and an overall length of 7.75 inches, weighing 1.75 pounds. It uses a stainless steel frame, cylinder, and barrel with a matte stainless finish. The fixed rear sight is paired with a red fiber optic front sight, and the hammer is exposed. A transfer bar serves as the safety, and the black ribber grip is included. The reduced-profile hammer and extended ejector rod are standard features.

The 2.5-inch chamber accepts 410 bore shotshells, and the cylinder holds five rounds in either chambering.
