Description
The Taurus Raging Hunter is a large-frame double-action/single-action revolver chambered in 454 Casull, intended for short to medium range hunting. Its steel sleeve sits inside an aluminum barrel housing to reduce overall weight, and the barrel carries an optics-ready Picatinny rail.
The revolver has a 6.75-inch barrel, a 5-round cylinder, and an overall length of 12.5 inches. It weighs 3.38 pounds and features exposed hammer, fixed front and adjustable rear sights, and a matte black oxide finish. Factory-tuned porting and a gas expansion chamber are designed to reduce muzzle lift. Black rubber cushion grips aid control.
