The Taurus PT92 is a full-size, double-action/single-action semi-automatic pistol in 9mm Luger, built on a classic M92-style platform. It is intended for range shooting, duty-style use, and defensive carry where a full-size service pistol is preferred.

The pistol has a 5-inch barrel and an overall length of 8.5 inches, weighs 2.13 pounds, and holds 17 rounds plus one in the chamber.
