Description
The Taurus GX4XL T.O.R.O. is a striker-fired 9mm Luger pistol in the micro-pistol class, built for concealed carry and everyday carry. Its longer slide adds about one inch of length compared with the standard GX4, which the manufacturer describes as increasing muzzle velocity and sight radius.
The pistol has a 3.7-inch barrel, an overall length of 6.43 inches, and a polymer frame with a black nitride carbon steel slide. It holds 13 rounds plus one in the chamber and weighs about 1.25 pounds. The slide is cut for a direct-thread, no-plate red dot optic, and the rear sight is an adjustable steel serrated unit paired with a fixed white-dot front sight. A high-swell backstrap is included for shooters who prefer a higher grip.
