Limbsaver AirTech 7100R Black Rubber Recoil Pad For Rifle

Thompson Center Limbsaver Airtech Features The Thompson Center Limbsaver Airtech recoil pad combines polymer and rubber construction to absorb and dissipate recoil energy before it reaches the shooter s shoulder. Built specifically for the Encore composite stock it maintains the factory fit and finish while adding a meaningful comfort improvement. The ambidextrous design means the pad works equally well for right and left handed shooters without any special fitting so there is no need to special order a handed version or modify the stock to install it. Made in the USA the pad reflects Thompson Center s commitment to quality control on every accessory it produces and the polymer and rubber blend is chosen specifically to balance cushioning against durability over repeated use. Shooters running heavier Encore barrels in magnum rifle calibers will notice the difference the Airtech pad makes across an extended range session since the composite stock s light weight can otherwise translate more felt recoil back into the shoulder. The black finish keeps the pad visually consistent with factory Encore stocks so the upgrade does not stand out or clash with the rest of the rifle s furniture. Thompson Center backs this recoil pad with its manufacturer limited lifetime warranty giving owners long term confidence in the part whether it is installed on a hunting rig or a rifle that sees frequent barrel swaps. Encore owners looking to shoot more comfortably without changing their stock will find this pad a worthwhile addition particularly as a simple upgrade when stepping up to a harder kicking barrel on the same Encore frame.
