Thompson Center Prohunter XT 45 Caliber 28" 209 Ignition Muzzleloader Barrel

Thompson Center Encore ProHunter XT Barrel Features The Thompson Center Encore ProHunter XT Barrel is machined from stainless steel chambered in .45 Caliber and built to swap directly onto the compatible Encore ProHunter frame. A 28 barrel length with a 1:28 twist rate is tuned for the muzzleloading projectiles typically used with this platform giving shooters a dependable option for hunting season. The stainless steel finish resists corrosion from black powder fouling and weather exposure in the field keeping the barrel performing season after season. This replacement barrel lets Encore ProHunter owners add a dedicated .45 caliber muzzleloading option to their existing frame. The barrel uses 209 primer ignition a reliable and consistent ignition source favored by modern muzzleloader shooters over traditional percussion caps. This ignition system helps ensure consistent powder ignition across varying weather and humidity conditions encountered in the field. Swapping barrels on the Encore platform lets a single frame serve multiple calibers and purposes without purchasing an entirely new firearm. The Thompson Center Encore ProHunter XT Barrel is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for muzzleloader hunters who want a dependable stainless steel barrel option.
