Description
The Trijicon RMR Type 2 is a 1X red dot sight built for use on rifles, pistols and other firearms where a fast, unmagnified sight picture is needed. Its matte gray housing is machined from forged aluminum, and it uses an LED red dot reticle with a 3.25 MOA dot size.
The sight is powered by a standard CR2032 battery and offers eight manual brightness settings, plus an auto-adjust mode that changes reticle brightness to match available light. Windage and elevation adjusters have audible clicks for setting zero. Brightness is controlled with the plus and minus buttons on either side of the unit, and the optic can be switched off to conserve battery life.
The RMR Type 2 is described for military, law enforcement and hunting applications. Mounting hardware and any mounting plate for a specific firearm are not specified in the product details.
