Description
The TROY Low Profile Gas Block is a replacement front sight and gas block assembly for AR-15 and LR-308 rifles, designed to fit the low profile front sight position. Its slim profile allows rail systems and free float tubes to extend past the gas block location.
The block is made from stainless steel with a black oxide finish and is secured with two set screws on the bottom of the block. It is intended for 308 Winchester chambered rifles.
Notes: it will not cover the front taper pin hole on a barrel that has a standard mil-spec sight installed, and it fits under rail systems and free float tubes. The gas tube roll pin is not included.
