Spring Assisted Open: The spring assist means this blade deploys extremely fast when you flick the flipper on the spine of the handle. You can alsu use the dual sided thumb stud. Hooked Karambit Style Blade Profile: The wicked looking and extremely effective hooked or claw shaped blade is crafted from a carefully heat treated 7Cr17MoV Stainless Steel alloy that is tough without being brittle and takes a really nice edge. The blade is then treated with a black oxide finish making the already corrosion resistsant stainless steel alloy even more protected. Finger Loop: The traditional finger loop is included on this karambit style blade. This is the ultimate in blade retention. There is simply no way this knife is coming out of your hand. Add to that the very grippy GRN handle scales, and the crenulated spine and outside circmference of the finger loop and you have a very easy to grasp and hold onto tactical folding knife. Great For Utility and Protection: Many people think the karambit is not a good utility profile. We disagree, once you start using this for things like opeing boxes you'll quickly understand why we call this a great all around blade profile.
