Underwood 44 Rem Mag 305 Grain Hard Cast Gas Check 20-Round Ammo

Underwood Ammo Handgun Ammunition Features The Underwood Ammo Gas Check .44 Rem Mag load is built around a 305 grain hard cast long wide nose bullet fitted with a gas check to protect the base from high-pressure gas cutting during firing. At 1 325 fps this supersonic load generates 1 189 ft-lbs of muzzle energy giving shooters serious stopping power in a magnum revolver platform. The bullet s .429 diameter and wide flat nose profile are designed to punch a full-diameter wound channel through tissue without the risk of premature deformation. A sectional density of 0.24 supports the deep straight-line penetration that hard cast hunting bullets are chosen for. Manufactured in new production non-corrosive boxer-primed brass cases with a nickel-plated finish this load resists corrosion and ejects reliably from revolver cylinders. Because it is rated safe for use in a suppressor shooters running a can on their .44 Magnum revolver can count on consistent function without added fouling concerns. Each box holds 20 rounds giving hunters a dependable supply for the field. Underwood s reputation for high-performance hard-hitting handgun ammunition makes this Gas Check load a strong choice for hunters who demand maximum penetration on tough game.
