Description
The Walther Arms Tac R1 is a semi-automatic AR-style rifle chambered in .22 LR, suited to recreational shooting, training and plinking. It has a 16.1-inch threaded barrel and an aluminum receiver with a matte black finish. The rifle weighs 5.62 pounds and measures 35.83 inches overall.
The rifle ships with flip-up front and rear sights and a 20-round magazine. The stock is synthetic with five adjustment positions, and the grip is black polymer. The safety is ambidextrous, and the rifle is configured for right-handed shooters.
Because it fires .22 Long Rifle ammunition, it is a lower-recoil option for practice. The threaded barrel accepts a compatible muzzle device.
