Weatherby (Japan) ~ Custom ~ MK V ~ Crown ~ 300 Weatherby Magnum

This Custom Weatherby Mark V Crown is a right hand bolt action rifle chambered in 300 Weatherby Magnum. The left side of the barrel shank is marked "WEATHERBY / .300 MAGNUM.". The right side of the chamber ring is marked with the serial number "H107445". The left side of the receiver is marked "MARK V / U.S. PATENT NO.3,013,355", "Weatherby / SOUTH GATE, CALIF", "MADE IN JAPAN", and three pin motifs at the rear. The 24" barrel, receiver, trigger guard, and magazine floor plate are finished in a high polished royal blue. The walnut stock has laser cut oak leaf patterns, contrasting wood inlays, rosewood forend cap, rosewood pistol grip cap, Monte-Carlo comb with cheekpiece, and a textured brown ventilated rubber Weatherby recoil pad. The grip cap has a tan diamond inlay in the center. There are white spacers on the forend, grip cap, and recoil pad. Sling swivels installed on the bottom of the stock at the front and rear. The magazine floor plate is engraved with "WEATHERBY CUSTOM" in a ribbon surrounded by floral motifs. This unused Weatherby remains in like new condition. No box.
