Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 Ti 7mm WBY Mag 26" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 Ti Features The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 Ti pairs a titanium receiver with a 26 barrel threaded 1/2x28 giving hunters a rifle that is both lighter than a traditional steel action and ready to accept a suppressor or muzzle brake. The factory Accubrake ST reduces perceived recoil from the 7mm WBY Mag cartridge making faster follow-up shots easier to manage in the field. A 1:10 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 7mm bullet weights for consistent accuracy at extended range and the two-position safety provides quick intuitive manipulation when game presents itself. The titanium bolt body s spiral fluting trims additional weight while smoothing the action s cycling. At just 5.6 lbs the rifle is built to disappear on a hunter s back during long stalks into rugged high-altitude terrain. The Graphite Black Cerakote finish resists the elements standing up to rain mud and rough handling without losing its protective properties. A carbon fiber stock keeps the overall platform light without compromising the rigidity needed for precise repeatable shots. For hunters chasing elk mule deer or other big game at distance this titanium-actioned magnum rifle offers a serious blend of portability and long-range capability.
