Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT 6.5 Creedmoor 16" Threaded 3-Round Bolt Action Rifle

Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT Features The Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT is built on the Model 307 action a 2-lug fully cylindrical design engineered to complement the historic Mark V and Vanguard lineups while opening compatibility with today s aftermarket stocks triggers rails and magazines so the rifle can be tailored as a shooter s needs evolve. The MDT HNT26 carbon fiber and magnesium chassis is an ultra-light system built in partnership with MDT giving the rifle a rigid accurate foundation without excess weight which matters most when the gun has to be carried miles into the backcountry. A 1:7.5 twist rate stabilizes 6.5 Creedmoor bullets across a wide range of weights for consistent long-range accuracy letting hunters and precision shooters alike load heavier high-BC bullets with confidence. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts the factory brake or a suppressor for hunters managing recoil in the field keeping the rifle comfortable to shoot from field positions all day. A foldable buttstock cuts more than 9 inches of overall length when collapsed making this rifle notably compact for travel storage or tight blind conditions where a full-length rifle would be unwieldy. Finished in Graphite Black Cerakote across the fluted barrel receiver and bolt the rifle resists weather and wear during hard field use standing up to rain mud and the abuse of a hard backcountry hunt. A 2-position thumb safety provides fast intuitive operation under pressure and the rifle accepts AICS-pattern magazines for reliable feeding and quick reloads in the field. Compact light and built on a proven action the Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT delivers a modern chassis rifle for serious backcountry hunters who need a dependable packable long-range platform.
