Weatherby Mark V Deluxe 270 Win 26" 3-Round Walnut Rifle

Weatherby Mark V Deluxe Features The Weatherby Mark V Deluxe centers on the legendary Mark V action an action long respected for its strength and smooth controlled bolt cycling across decades of Weatherby rifles. The 26 inch barrel along with the trigger guard and bolt knob wears a high gloss blued finish that echoes the traditional Weatherby rifles built before modern coatings became standard. A Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad is fitted to soften the recoil impulse keeping the rifle comfortable to shoot across an extended range session or hunting trip. The rifle s fineline diamond point checkering is cut by hand into the stock s grip and forend areas giving the shooter secure purchase even in wet or gloved conditions. The gloss AA walnut stock displays rich figured grain that sets this Deluxe model apart from Weatherby s composite stocked offerings and a rosewood forend tip and grip cap accented with maple spacers add a further layer of traditional craftsmanship rarely found on a factory rifle today. This attention to detail reflects Weatherby s founding commitment to building rifles that perform as beautifully as they shoot. The Mark V Deluxe carries forward decades of proven accuracy in a chambering .270 Winchester long favored by hunters for its flat trajectory and manageable recoil on deer sized game. For hunters and collectors who appreciate genuine old world stock work paired with a proven action the Mark V Deluxe delivers a rifle built to be handed down for generations.
