Description
The Wilson Combat 47 Series is a 7-round stainless steel magazine for 1911-platform pistols chambered in .45 ACP. It is built for a Commander-style 1911 and is intended as a replacement or spare for that platform.
The magazine body is made from .027-inch 17-7 PH stainless steel and heat-treated for durability. The spring is fabricated from high tensile strength wire and is designed to stay loaded for long periods without damage. The fiber-filled nylon follower is self-lubricating and has an extended skirt to reduce creep when the magazine is empty. Both sides of the tube have witness slots, and the removable .350-inch plastic base pad provides a secure grip for pulling the magazine from a pouch.
