Wilson Combat 1911 Texas BBQ Special, 9mm, 5 Barrel, 3- 10rd Magazines, Pistol

Texas BBQ Special - 1911 Handguns - Handguns Texas has a tradition all its own: Rangers, Sheriffs, and "Jefe's" who carry a sidearm built to be admired as much as trusted, worn in an exotic-hide holster at public functions where a gun says as much about him as his badge or title does. The Texas BBQ Special is built for that job. It's a genuine fighting 1911 first, finished to stand at the podium as comfortably as it performs on the range.Underneath the surface is a full-size stainless steel frame carrying every Bullet Proof(R) part Wilson Combat builds: beavertail grip safety and hammer, tactical thumb safety, magazine release, and a round-butt magazine well, all fit by hand. The trigger breaks clean at 3 1/2-3 34 pounds on a medium-length pad, the 5 stainless match-grade barrel and bushing are flush-cut with a reverse crown, and every pistol is guaranteed to put five shots into one inch at 25 yards. Rear cocking serrations, ball endmill cuts, and a heavy machine chamfer on the bottom of the slide round out the mechanical package. The ornamentation is where this one earns its name. Our exclusive laser engraving design covers the slide and frame, desert ironwood grips set with sterling medallions replace the standard grip panels, and a Battlesight with a white gold bead front sight finishes the look. None of it is applied at the expense of function. Every Texas BBQ Special passes the same reliability and accuracy standards as any other Wilson Combat fighting pistol before it ever gets close to a holster.Key DetailsCaliber: 9mmAvailable finishes: Matte Stainless with Polished FlatsMagazine capacity: 8 rounds (.45)Barrel length: 5Overall length: 8.7Sight radius: 6.6Height: 5.6Width: 1.3Weight empty: 40.3 ozWeight loaded: 45.4 ozAccuracy guarantee: 1 at 25 yardsSpecificationsFull-Size Stainless Steel frame30 LPI High Cut Checkered FrontstrapBullet Proof(R) magazine WellConcealment Bullet Proof(R) Beavertail Grip Safety and HammerTactical Bullet Proof(R) Thumb Safety3 1/2# - 3 3/4# Crisp Trigger Pull with Medium Length PadBullet Proof(R) Magazine ReleaseBen Jennen Desert Ironwood Grips with Sterling MedallionsTorx Head Grip ScrewsCountersunk Slide Stop5" Stainless Steel SlideRear Cocking SerrationsHeavy Machine Chamfer on Bottom of SlideBattlesight with White Gold Bead Front Sight5" Stainless Match Grade Barrel and Bushing, Flush Cut Reverse CrownFluted Chamber30 LPI Slide Top Serrations40 LPI Serrated Rear of SlideBall Endmill CutsLaser Engraving
