AMBIDEXTROUS ACCESS: Medical dump pouch has an Open-Ended Ambidextrous design simply grab the left or right deployment pull tab, yank out the insert to gain access to IFAK contents, and go to work. Both sides have an adjustable shock cord retention systems for content storage. All can be done with one hand or a single finger from the left or right side.
