XS Sight Systems Lever Rail Marlin 1894 Picatinny Scope Base Black

The XS Sight Systems Lever Rail is a one-piece aluminum scope base for Marlin lever-action rifles, sold here in black. It is designed to give lever-action shooters a mounting option for optics, with an extended rail that accepts both Picatinny and Weaver-style rings.

The base fits Marlin 1894, 1895, and 336/308MX models and measures 11 inches overall with a width of 0.830 inch. It weighs 3 ounces and has an anodized, matte black finish. The rear section is milled to accept the XS Lever Rail Ghost Ring Sight. The extended length allows an optic to sit over the receiver or forward over the barrel for intermediate eye relief scopes.

Installation requires removing the factory rear sight, and the manufacturer recommends gunsmith installation.
