The XS Lever Rail Ghost Ring Sight Set is an iron sight and optic mounting system for the Marlin 1895 lever-action rifle with a round barrel, chambered in 45-70 Government. It pairs a ghost ring rear aperture with a white stripe express front sight and provides a long picatinny rail on the lever-rail base for optics.
The rail allows an optic to be mounted in the traditional position over the receiver or forward in a scout-scope position. The ghost ring rear may need to be removed when a scope is mounted in the standard position, depending on the ring height used. The base accepts Weaver or Picatinny style rings. The set is intended for round-barrel models only and will not fit octagonal barrels.
The set is finished in matte black with a white stripe front sight. The sights are steel and the rail is hard-coat anodized aluminum. Installation uses the existing screw holes on compatible models.
