Description
The XS Sights R3D 2.0 Standard is an iron sight set for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield. It uses a traditional notch-and-post system with tritium night sights for visibility in low light. The set is intended for carry and defensive use, with the rear sight featuring a ledge to aid one-handed manipulation.
The rear sight has a 0.170 inch wide notch that gives more visibility on either side of the front post for faster alignment. Its serrated surface is designed to reduce glare. The front sight has an orange outline, and the tritium lamps are described as brighter than those of the original R3D version.
