This Zastava M48 bolt-action rifle, serial number K78416, is chambered in the powerful 8mm Mauser cartridge. Manufactured in post-World War II Yugoslavia by Zastava Arms, the M48 was produced from approximately 1950 through the mid-1960s as a military service rifle based on the renowned Mauser design.
