Description
The A-Zoom Action Proving Dummy Round is a non-firing snap cap made for 7.62x39mm rifles. It lets shooters cycle a rifle's action, check feeding and extraction, and practice dry fire without live ammunition.
The dummy is machined from aluminum and finished with a hard anodized coating. The body is red, which makes it easy to tell apart from live rounds. The product is sold as a two-pack and is listed with a dry fire hit rating of 3000+.
These snap caps are intended for function testing, training, and teaching safe handling. Using them to rest a firearm's spring while stored can help extend spring life.
