Description
The American Defense AD-509T is a quick release optic mount built specifically for the Holosun 509T red dot sight. It is designed for lightweight platforms such as AR pistols, where a compact red dot is preferred over a larger optic.
The mount is precision machined as a single piece from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in black with a hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodized coating. It sets the 509T at a lower one-third co-witness height relative to iron sights. Its QD Auto Lock Lever is intended to lock firmly on rails both within and outside standard tolerances, and the quick release lets the optic be removed and remounted while returning to the same zero.
