The Armaspec Takedown and Pivot Pins EZ-Set are replacement takedown and pivot pins for AR-15 pattern rifles, offered in Grade 5 titanium with a silver finish. They are intended for use in the upper and lower receiver takedown and pivot pin positions of AR-15, M16 and M4 platforms.
Titanium construction is listed as a lighter and more durable alternative to standard steel pins. Each pin has a convex head that can be tapped from any angle, and an extended concave tip that accepts a flat or pointed object, including a bullet tip, for removal. An EZ-Set hole is provided to assist detent installation.
