Description
The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pin Set in titanium is a replacement pivot and take-down pin set for AR-15 platform rifles. It is intended for AR-15, M16 and M4 lower receivers that use mil-spec .250 inch pivot and take-down pin holes.
The set is CNC machined from Grade 5 titanium and is rated by the manufacturer as roughly 50 percent lighter than a mil-spec pin set. The take-down and pivot pin heads have a low profile, and the take-down pin head is designed so it does not obstruct a right-side ambidextrous safety selector. Pin tips are 0.030 inch longer than mil-spec to help starting the pins.
Each set includes one take-down pin, one pivot pin, two hardened stainless steel detents and two nickel-plated 17-7 stainless steel pin springs.
