Rock Island Armory Rock Stainless Standard FS 1911 45 ACP 5" 8+1 Pistol

The Rock Island Armory Rock Stainless Standard FS is a full-size semi-automatic pistol built on the traditional 1911 platform, with a Series 70 style design. It is chambered in .45 ACP and fitted with a 5-inch button-rifled barrel, making it suited to general-purpose shooting and range use.

The slide and frame are made of stainless steel, and the exposed parts are finished in matte chrome over SAE 4140 steel. The slide has double-wide slant serrations and a traditional roll-over ejection port. The pistol uses fixed front and rear sights, a skeletonized hammer, a beavertail grip safety, an ambidextrous safety lock, and double diamond checkered wood grips. The raw description cites a 4 to 6 pound trigger pull, which is not confirmed by the structured specifications.

The magazine holds 8 rounds. The pistol is listed in silver with a matte finish.
