Description
The Bergara B-14R HMR Trainer is a bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in 17 HMR, built on the Remington 700 footprint so it handles and fits like a centerfire rifle. It is intended as a trainer for shooters who want to practice with a setup close to their centerfire rifle, including for rimfire competition work.
The rifle has a 20-inch threaded steel barrel, a bolt action, and a 10-round capacity. Its finish is black and gray. Because it works within Remington 700 dimensions, it accepts Remington 700 compatible stocks, bases, and triggers.
The raw retailer text refers to .22 LR, but the structured specifications list 17 HMR as the chambering, and this description follows the specifications.
- Action: Bolt action
- Caliber: 17 HMR
- Capacity: 10 rounds
- Barrel length: 20 inches
- Barrel: Threaded steel
- Platform: Remington 700 compatible
- Finish: Black/gray
