Description
The Bergara B-14R Trainer is a bolt action rimfire rifle chambered in .22 LR, built as a full-size trainer for shooters who want the handling of a centerfire rifle at low cost. It is intended for practice and for rimfire competition such as NRL22 and PRS .22 matches.
The rifle uses a carbon fiber barrel with a stainless steel receiver and an 18-inch barrel that is threaded for muzzle devices. It weighs 8.1 pounds, measures 38 inches overall, and holds 10 rounds. It has no sights and comes in a blued black finish, with a right-hand bolt action.
Its Remington 700 dimensions allow it to use Remington 700 compatible stocks, bases and triggers, so shooters can match the feel of a centerfire rifle or build a clone of one for training.
