BRNO ~ ZOM 451 ~ .22 LR

The ZOM 451 is an unusual straight-pull bolt action .22 rimfire rifle. Rather than lifting and rotating a bolt, the shooter pulls the bolt handle straight back and then pushes it forward to cycle the action. It was one of BRNO's last rimfire designs, and was made in relatively small numbers. An even smaller quantity were imported to the US, so that makes this kind of an uncommon find. This example was made in 2000, according to the proof marks. It has a scope, as well as European-style adjustable rear and post front sights. The condition is shown pretty well by the photos. The action is smooth and the bore is bright. No box or case.
