Description
The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite is a bolt-action centerfire rifle built for hunting in the woods and mountains and for range use. It uses a steel receiver with a redesigned bolt guide surface for smooth cycling, and a bolt with spiral fluting and a new handle knob.
The rifle is chambered in 300 WSM and has a 23-inch sporter-contour barrel, a 43-inch overall length and a weight of 6.9 pounds. The action is bedded and the barrel is free floated. The DLX trigger is a three-lever design, factory set at 3.5 pounds and adjustable down to 3.0 pounds.
