Description
The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite is a bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered in 300 Winchester Magnum, intended for hunting and range use. It has a new receiver design with added bolt guidance surface and a bolt with spiral fluting and a new handle knob for smooth, fast cycling.
The rifle has a 26-inch stainless steel sporter-contour barrel, a 46-inch overall length, and a matte black finish. It weighs 7.05 pounds and holds 3 rounds. The action is bedded and the barrel is free floated. The DLX trigger is a three-lever design factory set to 3.5 pounds and adjustable down to 3.0 pounds. No sights are included.
The muzzle is threaded M13x0.75 and ships with a radial muzzle brake and thread protector cap. An optional Browning Recoil Hawg Sporter muzzle brake is also available. The rifle is configured for right-handed shooters.
