Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR 7mm PRC 24" 5-Round Rifle

Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR Features The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR is built on a redesigned receiver with additional bolt guidance surface for smoother cycling and a sporter-contour barrel that runs 2 inches longer than standard X-Bolt configurations for added bullet velocity from the 7mm PRC cartridge. The belled muzzle accommodates 5/8x24 suppressor-ready threading and a radial muzzle brake with included thread protector cap ships standard to help manage recoil from a long-range magnum chambering. The action is bedded and the barrel free floated for consistent accuracy and the adjustable DLX Trigger delivers a factory-preset 3.5 pound pull with zero creep take-up or overtravel that can be adjusted down to 3.0 pounds. The Plus Magazine System uses a single-stack extended design that holds 5 rounds while retaining the shoulder-holding and center-feed features of the standard X-Bolt rotary magazine to protect bullet tips. The Vari-Tech composite stock offers genuine three-way adjustment letting the hunter dial in comb height length of pull and even grip angle by switching between sporter and vertical grip modules a level of configurability more common on chassis-style rifles. The Browning OVIX camo finish provides effective concealment across a range of western terrain and vegetation types and rubber overmolding on the gripping surfaces adds security in wet or cold conditions. A 1-1/4 inch Inflex recoil pad reduces felt recoil from the long-range 7mm PRC chambering and an integrated Picatinny rail up front accommodates a bipod for stable field shooting positions. For western hunters who need an adjustable accurate long-range rifle built to handle extended magazine capacity and tough terrain the Western Hunter LR delivers genuine configurability paired with proven X-Bolt performance.
