Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR 6.5 PRC 26" Bolt Action Rifle

Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR Features The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR is built around a 26 inch sporter contour barrel finished in matte blue two inches longer than standard to add bullet velocity for the 6.5 PRC cartridge s long-range performance. The belled muzzle is threaded at 5/8x24 to accommodate the larger suppressor-ready threading and a radial muzzle brake with a thread protector cap is included to reduce felt recoil. The redesigned receiver and bolt feature additional bolt guidance for smoother cycling while a spiral fluted bolt with an extended handle and ergonomic knob aids confident operation. A three-lever DLX Trigger offers zero creep zero take-up and zero overtravel preset from the factory at 3.5 pounds and adjustable down to 3.0 pounds. The Vari-Tech composite stock is finished in Browning OVIX camo for concealment across varied terrain and it adjusts for length of pull comb height and grip angle through interchangeable grip modules. This configurable fit helps shooters align their eye consistently with the optic for faster more accurate first shots and follow-ups. The Plus Magazine System is a proprietary single stack extended design holding 5 rounds of 6.5 PRC while retaining the shoulder holding feature of Browning s rotary magazine for reliable feeding. A 1-1/4 inch Inflex recoil pad tames felt recoil and an integrated Picatinny rail up front accommodates a bipod for stable long-range shooting positions.
