Butler Creek Element Flip-Open Scope Cover Eyepiece #2 37-42mm Black

The Butler Creek Element Eyepiece #2 is a flip-open scope cover for protecting the eyepiece of a rifle scope in the field. It is designed for hunters who need protection from changing weather and light conditions.

The cap is molded from polymer and is black in color. Its stretchable rubber sleeve fits scope diameters from 37 to 42 millimeters. The lid opens to 180- and 270-degree positions. Included interchangeable disks include a black disk to reduce direct sunlight on the lens, a clear disk for viewing the reticle while the cap is closed in rain, and a data disk. The data disk can be customized with caliber-specific ballistic information, using a printable template available from the manufacturer.
